Yes. This is the only official online store featuring the artist’s exclusive collections.

2. Can I return or exchange an item?
Items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are limited-edition merchandise.
Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects (see Return Policy).

3. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship orders worldwide.

4. What delivery methods are available?
Kazpost, CDEK, USPS (for orders to the USA, Canada, and Mexico), and pickup in Astana.

5. What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Kaspi Pay, and PayPal.
Payments are processed directly on the website through ePay (Halyk Bank).

6. How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email.
All our deliveries are trackable.

7. Can I place an order without registration?
