Each order is carefully packed, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for monitoring.

!!! Important update for U.S. customers
At the moment, Kazpost (Kazakhstan Post) has temporarily suspended deliveries to the United States.
Because of this, we are currently processing U.S. orders individually to make sure every customer can still receive their items.

If you live in the U.S., please email us at dq.Dimash.shop@gmail.com — we’ll personally help you place your order and arrange delivery to your U.S. address.

Pickup
Pickup is available at Daididau Restaurant, Astana, Dinmukhamed Qonayev Street 14.
Opening hours: daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Please wait for an SMS notification confirming your order is ready before arrival.
Delivery within Kazakhstan
Delivery is carried out throughout Kazakhstan via Kazpost.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the region.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
International Delivery
International delivery is carried out from Kazakhstan via Kazpost International.
Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country.
A tracking number is provided after shipment.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are paid by the recipient.

4. For residents of the Russian Federation

Due to current sanctions, payments with Russian bank cards (Sberbank, Tinkoff, etc.) are temporarily unavailable. An alternative payment method is available for customers from Russia:
delivery via CDEK with payment upon receipt (cash on delivery).
When placing your order, select the delivery method “CDEK – Cash on Delivery,” and you’ll be able to pay when you receive your order at the pickup point or directly to the courier.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number.
